Marina (マリーン Mariin?) is a minor non-playable character from Romancing SaGa: Minstrel Song. A mermaid-like sea creature who works for Yucomb, God of the Sea, Marina can be found near coastal towns and offers the player two unique quests. In the remaster, she is now a playable ally and can be recruited after returning from the Underwater Temple.
She is voiced by Kumiko Nishihara in Japanese and by Stephanie Sheh in English for the remake.

Stolen Nymphs[]
- Marina asks the player to find and recover two out of three stolen Nymph statues. Each person that has stolen one is being hunted down by denizens of the sea.
Underwater Temple[]
- Yucomb asks for Marina to bring the player to the Underwater Temple, where they will find an important Fatestone, the Black Diamond, being guarded within.
Gameplay[]
In Romancing Saga -Minstrel Song- Remastered, Marina is now a recruitable ally following the completion of "The Underwater Temple". She can be added to the party by asking her to join at Northpoint's dock. Marina is initially equipped with a Shirt, the unique Sea Maiden's Sandals, and a Pearl Ring; the Sea Maiden's Sandals cannot be removed. Her initial class is Hand of the Sea God, a special class exclusive to her. Due to this, she cannot change job classes, but she can still train in other ones.
Recruiting Marina for the first time grants the player the "Maiden of Yucomb" trophy.

Trivia[]
- During Albert's introduction, when the ship sinks, Albert meets a cautious man guarding a package, which is actually one of the stolen Nymph statues. Yucomb sank the boat to return the statue to the ocean.
- Marina has a small scene during the ending sequences when the remaining family in Northpoint begs Yucomb for forgiveness for stealing one of the Nymph statues.
