Hiraga is a character from Romancing SaGa 2. He resides within a small house in Somon and is an inventor of many creations, ranging from a bridge that connects two lands to a flying device that could give the player a lift to Wagnas's floating Hakuro Palace. He is also the creator of the mechanical doll Coppelia.
