Level 14 is a level in the Tower in The Final Fantasy Legend.
A door leads to a side world where the party finds that the lake is flooded. Finding that garbage blocked a drainage hole, they removed the garbage and were sucked down to Level 13's side world. Returning to the Level 14 world, they find that there is a castle with treasure. The residents of that world reveal that the Archfiend is Ashura, and they play a game pretending to be the Four Fiends, including Su-Zaku the Red Bird, whom the party had yet to encounter.
