Level 20 (The Final Fantasy Legend)

Level 20 is a level in the Tower in The Final Fantasy Legend. A side room in this level has a library that has a message about Ashura being controlled by someone. (In the Wonder Swan remake, the books in the library has dates of previous players, as well as the floors that they had reached.) A hidden bookcase in the library has the Flare book.
