The Sublime Spiritual of Natura (木の大精霊 Ki no Dai Seirei) is an unnamed Sublime Spiritual in SaGa Scarlet Grace, appearing as a minor boss in the Scarlet Shards scenario, the Sigfrei scenario, and in Balmaint's story. Apparently it was the being responsible for collapsing House Gwynese, resulting in the creation of the branching houses of Ceobhran, Makulilkali, and Fomoire.
The Sublime Spiritual of Natura appears as a minor boss for the lategame variation of the Scarlet Shards scenario and the Sigfrei scenario, acting as the boss which has to be faced in order to collect the Scarlet Shard of Provincia Hibernia, or thwart one of Sigfrei's plots. Avoinding fighting the Sublime Spiritual of Natura is required to acquire the Elemental Weapon of Natura, except for Balmaint.
Balmaint's Story[]
The corrupted Sublime Spiritual
Reports of Sigfrei's appearance in Provincia Hibernia take Balmaint and Arthur to investigate the region. Elysed had seen Sigfrei speaking with Lord Gwynese, convincing him to perform the summoning of the Sublime Spiritual of Natura in order to restore House Gwynese to its former glory. When Sigfrei is captured after desecrating the Teach na Macha, he is taken to the Grove of Silence for execution. Even when Lord Gwynese did not succumb to Sigfrei's words, the blood of the trickster activated the Spiritual Throne, summoning the Sublime Spiritual, albeit corrupted. The Sublime Spiritual is defeated by Balmaint, leaving as its remains the Elemental Weapon of Natura.
Scarlet Shards Scenario[]
Urpina versus the Sublime Spiritual and Elysed
For Urpina: After Urpina reunites the Scarlet Shard fragments, a delusional Lord Gwynese runs away with the stones with the intent of summoning and controlling the Sublime Spiritual, hoping to reestablish House Gwynese dominion over Provincia Hibernia. Seeing this, Elysed leaves Urpina's retinue to accompany her father. A distressed Urpina chases Elysed to knock some sense into her and so she reaches for the Spiritual Throne deep within the Grove of Silence. The Sublime Spiritual of Natura and Elysed battle against Urpina's retinue but are defeated; ending with the Spiritual vanishing and Elysed dying. Alternatively Urpina can choose not to chase Elysed, which ends with the Grove of Silence being destroyed by the Spiritual, leaving only the Elemental Weapon of Natura and the Scarlet Shard on its place.
For Taria: After Taria reunites the Scarlet Shards fragments, a delusional Lord Gwynese runs away with the stones with the intent of summoning and controlling the Sublime Spiritual, hoping to reestablish House Gwynese dominion over Provincia Hibernia. Taria can choose whether to help Lord Gwynese or to leave him be. If she chooses to aid Lord Gwynese, the Sublime Spiritual of Natura is battled along with Lord Gwynese, ending with the defeat of both. If she chooses to leave Lord Gwynese to his madness, the Grove of Silence is destroyed, leaving the Elemental Weapon of Natura and the Scarlet Shard on its place.
Sigfrei Scenario[]
After Sigfrei makes way to the Grove of Silence, he summons the Sublime Spiritual to spread chaos over Provincia Hibernia. Once again the Sublime Spiritual of Natura can be optionally battled, rewarding the player with the Elemental Weapon of Natura if it is avoided.
Postgame[]
Clearing the game with Elysed as one of the most used characters reveals that her body finally succumbed to the dangerous rite of Spiritual dominance, leaving her mind to be hijacked by an unknown force who used her to summon the Sublime Spiritual of Natura. As House Gwynese was still recovering from the Great War, the Sublime Spiritual rampaged across the region, likely leaving House Gwynese in ruins once again.
