Trinity is an organization that acts as the goverment of the majority of the regions in SaGa Frontier. In reality it's a corrupt organization that is involved in many criminal activities. Trinity is the main antagonist in Lute's storyline. Black X supplies them with technology and armaments.
Organizations like Anti-Trinity (led by Lute's father before his death) and Gradius fight against Trinity.
