Yohman (ヨーマン,Yōman?) is a playable character in SaGa Scarlet Grace. Coming from a family that used to serve the navy of House Julanius, Yohman encounters Urpina in Provincia Gradion, who was on her way to retrieve her father from Urbs Azhuacan. Yohman only appears and is usable during Urpina's side of the story.
Yohman is depicted as a dark-skinned man of dark magenta hair. He's seen wearing a red vest, gray shorts, a red cloth tied around his waist and a necklace holding a fang.
Personality[]
Appearing as a rather gloomy and curious individual, some of Yohman's quotes imply that he has not a defined reason for living his life. This somewhat changes after he becomes part of Urpina's retinue, declaring to feel fulfilled at last, such as when an engagement is over.
Story[]
Urpina's Story[]
Yohman appears soon after Urpina arrives to Gradion. Needing of finding a way to enter the imperial city of Azhuacan without being noticed by the Holy Republic, Urpina comes across Yohman who was fishing near Lake Regis. Yohman offers to take her to the city but tells her to wait until night falls. Arriving the night, Urpina approaches Yohman and finds his boat ready, yet Yohman offers to take her for five imperial coins which annoys Urpina to no end. Later on, after the Earth Serpent has been quelled, Yohman takes Urpina back to Gradion and requests to become part of her retinue. Yohman then accompanies Urpina in her quest of retrieving Maximius and later on dealing with the Firebringer. Several years later, Yohman becomes known for his efforts of reconstructing the navy of House Julanius. Sadly, Yohman becomes another one of the countless victims of the Great War; meeting his demise in the seas of the Mare Ilfee, and leaving his endeavor without a proper end.

Urpina's Story
Yohman poured his heart and soul into reconstructing House Julanius's navy. But alas, the Great War broke out with his work still underway, causing him and his beloved navy to be sent to the bottom of the Mare Ilfee...
After traveling to Azhuacan for the first time and dealing with the Earth Serpent there, the player must leave through Yohman's boat near the South Market. After returning to Gradion, Yohman will request to join.
Performance[]
Having a rather min-maxed statline, a good role and proficiencies in all areas; Yohman is a surprisingly good unit that can perform all sorts of roles, with his only downside being that he's limited to a single main character. If one wants to use Yohman, then sticking to his default weapon (Club) is a viable choice, as he can make a good use as a protector through his endurance of 13 and strength of 11.
